I read that about Surrey three years ago. The woodland thing, not dogging. (17% wooded iirc. Cornwall was only 5%.)

That there are several mobile apps available for would-be doggers to put them in touch with like-'minded' individuals. I won't put the links but they are basically Letsgodogging, comedogging, godogging etc.
That I should have maybe gone into private mode on my computer before googling 'dogging'.
