I only have road shoes (don't do enough off road racing to need them really) so some sips with Hann and then slipping and sliding all the way down the hill to the river bed!

Just finished making fancy tables out of loads of figures (people's perceptions of whether their family group conference met their aims) and now off to get mini from school so we can go for a swim!

Nice, feeling guilty about not having taken the little one for a swim for weeks and weeks now. Next Sunday hopefully. She does get to go to Reading for a birthday party tomorrow at least.

I shall be offering jelly babies and water just before and just after Clarence Bridge at around mile 7.
Sadly my Fetch shirt didn't arrive principally cos I forgot to order it.
No internet connection for 3 weeks after transferring to Sky-don't do it they are crap if something goes wrong- and started new job this week so time has been precious.
So I shall have a really luminous green T visible at 100k. Can't miss me.

Missed you! I did 1:51:50, still can't believe it. Can't remember much about the last 2 miles except I had to dig deep. I managed to up the pace on the long finishing strait though. What a glorious day for it as well!
