Any deals around today? Monday's rain reminded me that the Velo can't stand up to serious rain for an hour.

Thanks for the link Flip, I've been looking out for something like that for ages (for FRA type requirements). Like most on here I find a normal waterproof like a goretex too hot for running in and have a very light showerproof Sub7 thing for those days when it's just bucketing down and I've an easy run in mind.

As for waterproof trousers, I've never owned a pair despite years of running and cycling in all weathers. When moving, wear something light that won't get baggy in the rain. When stopped - take them off!

I picked up an OMM Aeon from Wiggle: wiggle.co.uk

Medium fits well apart from my arms are too long to use the thumb loops, lol.
