Like most on here I find a normal waterproof like a goretex too hot for running in and have a very light showerproof Sub7 thing for those days when it's just bucketing down and I've an easy run in mind. As for waterproof trousers, I've never owned a pair despite years of running and cycling in all weathers. When moving, wear something light that won't get baggy in the rain. When stopped - take them off!

What do people use? I cuurently use the Montane Velo H2O which is not very waterproof.
