Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Something funny going on with my log today it’s showing I’ve done 122m I’ve actually done 141m it was right until a day or 2 ago.

As LEJOG is only a 6 month challenge I’m adding in walks too but tempted to sign up to WCP and log it only as runs but given the trouble I’m having with logging I’m not sure I’ll do it with end to end if I do.

E2E have kindly sent me the spreadsheet but I’m not on there seriously! I think they have a long way to go to make it a slick machine (it’s totally different to how I expected it to be)

It certainly doesn't seem as slick as the virtual challenge that GimmeMedals is doing. Her one seems to have an app that tells you if you are on scheduled, etc.
Logging has worked fine for me so far but there do seem to be loads of people having trouble with it.
Not sure if I'll get any miles in today. I've had a headache since my walk last night and I am really missing the office's air conditioning!

I actually thought that was what this one did, I think I had saved one challenge as I pondered it and then signed up to a different one.

It was working ok, but I did struggle to find me on the map, its a bit better on the kindle fire. I confused it as I started putting individual activity miles in so if I logged a run on a morning then put evening walk in it wiped the earlier miles out so I've gone through and checked and finally got it back on track.

Maybe I need to see what GM is doing and sign up for that one as the run only option.

I also had joined the strava group so they could access the evidence, but when WA pointed out that meant anyone could see the maps I changed my privacy back - I thought it was only open for everyone in the E2E group.

Hope you feel better soon Elsie, there is plenty time to do your miles so if you need a rest take it. Although the fresh air may help you.

How’s your headache Elsie? Hope you’re feeling better.

7.85 added today brings me to slightly over monthly target at 146.1m so next 5 days mileage is bagged for other days and I have a few longer runs planned as I’m trying to get gridmaster on WSW.

Good luck with gridmaster GG.

Has everyone had the email about better uploading and updating of mileage? Hopefully a few of the glitches have been ironed out.

I need to upload yesterday and today and work out where I'm spending the night tonight :-)

I still felt rubbish last night so had a zero mileage day and an early night. Feel good this morning though but don’t want to push my luck so I’ve done a walk around the village 1.8 miles and I’ll get back to the running tomorrow.

Yes WA I got that email. Will try out the new logging with this mornings walk in a bit.

I submitted my mileage ok - Had to refresh the page before the map caught up with what I had submitted but there is no way to input any evidence now - other than the proof form that wants files to be uploaded, which seems a faff. I'll just do a screen grab from garmin app and put on the face book page I think.
They way that they are still working to improve the proof thing so fingers crossed.
