Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Look Weetabix has been demolishing all-comers in previous rounds. I can believe that most Weetabix voters were also crumpet supporters who prefer a chewy crumpet to a wheat biscuit.

You lot have already admitted that it's the butter that is the best bit about consuming a crumpet, and that instantly makes them non-vegan. We've also heard that butter is an equally fine accompaniment to a Weetabix, so you can have your breakfast cake and eat it.

Finally, I don't think the word crumpet has been used so much since they stopped making on the buses.

The Giant Crumpets launched by Warburtons a few years back brought them bang up to date, and all the kids think they're peng.

Weetabix sets my toaster on fire. Crumpets don't.

How many of you were voting for what Stirling Moss called "crumpet," rather than crupmets?

Sigh
Food that's always in the house and I can eat anytime I want (but rarely do) = Weetabix

Food that's bought occasionally as a treat and involves toasting, excessive amounts of butter and possibly melted cheese = Crumpets

Crumpets win.
