I must try that soon! My latest favourite thing is baked marinated tofu: I press a block of tofu then cut it into cubes before marinating in a 50:50 mix of teriyaki marinade and gochujang. Then bake it (on baking paper to avoid making a mess of the tray) for 20 mins or so. So good! |

That sounds lovely. I love teriyaki and gochujang. I do a baked tofu thing with slices marinated in a mix of lemon juice, soya sauce, honey & sesame seeds. Quite often take the slices cold for work lunches.

I bought it. Just checked the ingredients and there is alcohol in there, but at a very low level (less than the amount of salt), and it wouldn't survive the baking.
