They don't seem to have grasped the difference between good songs that you keep singing and irritating ear worms.

I offer Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep as the latter but put 500 miles in the former.

500 miles was used by the BBC for a closing montage when I ran The Great North Run.

I was shown in a slow motion shot, running down the big hill onto the sea front. (at least I think it was a slow motion shot?)
