I doubt that I'll be doing more than one Swimrun Greg so don't plan to buy kit I'll never need again. The organisers of the Clevedon one have specifically told me 'old trainers will be fine'.

Blimey its quiet in here

I spent 7.5hours on my bike today and saw 102 F (39 C) , by the end of the day I had done nearly 9000ft of climbing .

Cooked now

Watersports - I went on a slide and landed in the sea and repeat :¬)

I tried out the bundle of resistance bands which arrived yesterday (I have a 30 minute programme of 'things to do with resistance bands' from my PT.) Not wholly successful despite watching the PT's Youtube videos.
