Yes work flights are a pain ( I did perhaps 100 in my career), just keep the leisure ones going😃. Mrs and I have tons of Avios, upgrade vouchers companion vouchers from work related flights during our careers so most of our 6 foreign trips this year are more or less free, incl Hawaii and poss New Zealand (if one of us makes the 70.3 World champs). |

Morning meat lovers , apologies for being late getting it out Run - 7:15:23 46.9 highest of the year Swim 15mins !!! no distance recorded as although there was swimming at no point did I swim end to end :¬) Bike - 38:21:39 589.7 Cross - 46:55:16 Total - 92:47:18 Yes I really did go in a swimming pool, the lad goes to my gym for lessons and I was persuaded to join him afterwards, I can still survive in the water Rest days ZERO Karate etc was down this month, life has thrown up challenges and frustrations I didn't do any racing this month however : parkrun - I went to Wales for my friends 500th and did my 2nd this year, with all that is going on I need to either get my finger out and get to 500 or say bollox and accept I actually dont give a damn, the latter is most likely as after 18 years I am not close :¬) Gravel event the Dirty Reiver 130k was done, didnt do 200km as I didnt need it. This was prep for my UCI gravel race which is 2 weeks on Saturday. Bike and my body went well :¬) Other notes: Bought Cock rub but given how much I ride I do this a lot, I have no other purchases to report so thought I would mention it. I have had my TT bike rebuilt, I need some new elbow pads with sides and a rear to hold my arm in but have dumbed down my set up in the hope I can ride it, plan to test the theory this month. |

Can't really complain - the trips were to nice places and I mostly enjoyed them. And yes, the companion vouchers and Avios are nice, though OH gets loads more as he works for a proper company instead of a university #cheapskates #taxpayersmoney Gobi went in the water Nice work Nico |

Meat free sausage shaped food replacement substance ahoy! Swim: less than Gobi 😳 Bike: some, but I didn't record it. About 18k total, maybe? Run: ha, no. Walk: logged one dog walk, I think. Or possibly it was a walk around Brussels trying to reclaim some conquercise zones. Rugby: Yes, there was some of that. We won some of it and everything. LTUAPTBDA: 4 DVD extras: Ridiculously expensive 12 week personal coaching things signed up for: 1 New jobs started: 1 Tons of garden waste raked to hauled, or otherwise moved about: many |
