There's a difference between the organic goose poo of the Serpentine and the industrial effluent in the Seine*.

*there isn't really when you're calling god on the big white telephone the next day

I think what they did in Beijing was basically stop everyone doing anything that might pollute the water for whatever period they needed to. It's going to more difficult to shut down Paris.

It’s very easy to shut down Paris. Just cut agricultural subsidies to French farmers, job’ll be done within hours.

My friend who lives in Paris has asked if he and the wife plus kids can come visit us during the Olympics. Thinking of renting his apartment out.

So I shall announce it here.

I'm fat, has been a bad 2024 but today I refocus.
