I shall do hill repeats tomorrow.

To be fair, my shoulders are feeling effects of the earlier efforts. We'll call that Green Gym then. Off to bed now, there’s an early bus with my name on it.

ION I've handed my notice in from P/T job - 3 months notice so I'll be fully inactive by end March. It may be earlier as I'm moving to Cotswolds by end Jan so will discuss earlier leave/some sort of work from home arrangement tomorrow. Oh, and to top the cup of joy up even higher its NOT RAINING!!!!
