I’ve been wading in the garden. It’s like tough mudder, but muddier. Processing woodpile for an hour and a bit with a chainsaw and the BAA. TIRED NOW.

I suggested hill repeats to the rugby girls, bit we've decided on swimming instead (some knee and leg injuries, so not just because it's febufilthy out there), and I'm going to LTUAPTBDA a bit first.
I shall do hill repeats tomorrow.

I was supposed to ride my indoors bike, but I fell asleep in front of the TV instead. To be fair, my shoulders are feeling effects of the earlier efforts. We'll call that Green Gym then.
Off to bed now, there’s an early bus with my name on it.

Day 736 of no training here in sick house. I have a doctors appointment later as I do not seem to be getting better.

Ouch hope it gets sorted wise to go to the quacks now I think.
ION I've handed my notice in from P/T job - 3 months notice so I'll be fully inactive by end March. It may be earlier as I'm moving to Cotswolds by end Jan so will discuss earlier leave/some sort of work from home arrangement tomorrow.
Oh, and to top the cup of joy up even higher its NOT RAINING!!!!

Blimey. I'm going to be the last semi-retiree standing at this rate - I don't go completely until the end of May.
Good news is the sun is shining. Bad news is there's no heating in T Block.
