So went to a different CX league and from the back row of V50s rode through them and the v40s to finish 18th overall out of 70 v40s and v50s  (11th v50 tells you how hard our racing is)

Bloody old people being good. I was 24th at parkrun today, but only 3rd in the geriatric MV55-59. Young people, you should be ashamed. LOL

I'm looking forward (not) to being the oldest person on the pitch tomorrow, including the ref.
Feeling back to about 85% fit, but for some reason my neck is aching today, which is a great start 🙄
I've made the post match chilli (well, part made it, it will need 20 minutes or so to simmer tomorrow, I'll get it on as soon as we get off the field, should be perfect by the time we're all clean), and baked a selection of cakes to sell to the crowd to raise money for our tour, now I need to pack my kit bag and re-dye my hair, then all should be ready.

God I forget you lot are all so OLD !!!!
It's my wedding anniversary, last night we went for dinner where we got married and it was rather nice. Today I am running with the dog and then as a family we are off to the water park, this is how you celebrate when you have an 8 year old :¬) The Spaniel would come if it was allowed.
I have some aches and pains from CX yesterday but largely escaped unscathed.
