I'll remember the correct format if and when there's a next time A huge load of photos and video clips from the aquathlon last month has been emailed out to participants. Apart from some truly horrible photos of me running there's also a close-up video of me swimming. So now I know I need to stop lifting my head so much when I turn to breathe and need to lift my elbow higher and...well, for a 17 second video clip there are an awful lot of 'ands'. Still, something to work on I suppose.
