I saw February when I peeked round the curtains yesterday. That plus my bike shoes still being damp from Wednesday meant train not bike to work.

But - I did yoga before bed last night and I feel like a new woman!

A run will happen shortly

I continue to feel like a grumpy old man.
The cat throwing up all over the place isn't helping.
Still distinctly Februaryish in Brabant, but I will brave the incelemency later (by car) to take the little blighter to the vet.
