Thanks - just swimmed too. I struggle to go above (let’s call it RPE 5) IM pace without losing bilateral breathing. It a useful indicator of respiratory threshold for swimming - not so good for any sets harder than RPE 5 when I’m like a puppet having my strings pulled in every direction! It’s not pretty.

MA cycle commute again today with a longer ride home Mr Garmin has decided that for the first time in a month that I am being productive but that my 25mins bike in the morning needs 29 to recover! It gets 8 maybe 9 haha
