MA Just said yes to a charity 4.3m TT in Oct Riders range from serious to fancy dress as it's for Macmillan and presses for best dressed Last time I did it on my hybrid and someone else had set up a "drip" on their bike and dressed as a nurse It's very serious

Brutal hilly 5k last night, one sharp ramp must be 13-15%. 21:09, hoped for 20:30.
Lioned this morning, run at lunch and wattage later.

Hour on bike, last club TT of the year tonight (5 miles), feels Autumnal and I'm thinking Zwift racing more than outside TT's although I have a couple of open 10's left.

No idea!
Think I just tightened it too much at first
released it a bit and spindown was better but 17s think it should be under 15 this is why 2 bikes or a static bike is better if you can afford it But TBH I've rather save the money and go part time and get husband off health wrecking shifts than by a new bike
I might get it sorted then do outside off road on my heavy hybrid for now
Am also going to try and train in tri shorts whenever possible from now so I can do next years half in them - little gains and all that

If your bike is that uncomfortable you need a better saddle and more chammy cream
I never train in a trisuit as hike is comfy enough that I can risk it on race day.

I'm used to padding so when I don't use padding it seems uncomfortable! don't forget I am slow and lardy so a HIM is, as you know, the majority of the 4hrs
My plan is to keep time down for a few months and try to lose some lard which will help all round
