I’ve been yoga. It was magnificent. We did that ‘fallen triangle into wild thing’ move again, which is just great.

My teacher, bless her, is going to continue the Tuesday lunchtime and Wednesday evening sessions via Zoom until Nuffield reopens.

As our chief engineer so eloquently put it, thank God for modern times and lovely tech

Swim swum. Went for the keep going til told to stop option. About a mile in the just under 45 mins actually in the pool. OK. 1 month of solid Zwifting coming up!
