Impressed you were out in The Weather today. I ran by the sea, which was nice. And it didn't rain for an hour or so. I must be being looked after!! ;)

Nice work over the weekend in the rain @gobi.

I am resting but urges to train are back; I will resist until next Monday. There will be some walking today, Tenby to Wiseman’s and back via coastal path.
