Afternoo

I got dropped off the bike club “keep together” meet-up ride this morning. Not sure how it happened but, just like last week, after about 5 mins I had fallen right off the back and the “elastic band” clearly not strong enough to hold a fatty like me so snapped. Or something.

Anyway, fortunately MrsC hadn’t quite left for her real-world ride so I joined her and had a lovely outdoors bimble instead. :)

Nice one Frag.

Bad luck Ankh, but I think you got the sweet end of the deal with a lovely outside bimble.

I’ve runnaged, shade under 13mls at an easy lollop. Zwattage later.

I’ve felt the effects of a hard week’s training so been at easy intensity this W/e, expecting to pick up again from Monday.

Afternoon. I've had a go at the only category a fell race inside the m25. The course was marked out by sawdust and it was a case of turn up whenever and have a crack.

It's a 5k route. When I passed the start line again on 4 miles I decided to call it a day :D

Rode there and back too. An enjoyable day out.

In the Thames no less. Not quite brave enough to go alone, so popped down when some clubmates were there and did nearly an hour. Very very slow, I blame faffing, stopping to look round, and current.

This afternoon has featured knitting and gardening...

Evening all

I ran 8 miles early this morning and then went for an easy 2 hours on the mtb. Hour on Zwift now to finish another solid week.

Looks like people have been enjoying the weather.

Nice !!
