Shredded at a Zwift Crit. Need to work on my starts, as well as raw grunt and concentration.

Solid 3.5w/kg workout though, lapped by Gobi, tried to latch on but not strong enough.

I shall race more as there is stuff to be learnt and strength to find.

We’ve been virtual sailing racing. There’s some dirty tricks out there and the radio sailors are the worst.

As reported by TRO I was in Crit City - race went mad at lap 13 of 20 and on 17 I lost the back so solo TT until the end - rode plus 4.1WKG for the last 20 mins!!! 11th reported !!

Evening all,

I have raced twice in the land of Zwift, two laps around the Innsbruck Ring where I recorded a slight increase in FTP and a 25 mile after part race finishing on the Volcano KOM, a tough but good day :)

MA. I was going to get up and have an early start cycling after putting out the bins and weighing myself. But I'm still here so I'll fit it in between my 2 conference calls today.
