Magnifique, Mme Gobi.
32 min. run, inc. 1 min. walk. Tide crashing over the prom, 3 ft high sand hills 'on' the prom, so bolted inland to the coastal park. For all the route changing, I had great fun!

We need some expendable celebrities to provide entertainment in the isolation wing. Cannon and Ball? David Blaine? Sting?

Entirely covid appropriate rugby has been done. That pesky virus won't know what hit it.
Just crossing fingers that our game on Saturday isn't called off. All games and training have been cancelled at my club in NL, but then apparently that county is one of the worst affected in the country - Sam has been told to work from home all week.
