Bore da pawb. It was sunny but cold, now it's just grey and cold (but not freezing) in exotic Borkel.

I drove up to Valkenswaard and back to get dog food, because I am lazy and the dogs are impatient. But I then made the long commute to my desk entirely under my own steam.

That second flight of stairs into the attic is a killer, I tell you.

Another hour on the watt bike was followed by a short run, I'm doing no duathlons in prep for Spain so am having to do some brick work(only a little)
