Outstanding effort by the youngster Angus, and I see TRO took the weather over to Harrogate today ;) I do like Zwift and recently I have enjoyed a few good group rides with the Zwift Academy all good fun in my humble opinion.

12 miles with a faster finish today and it was my longest run since Manchester Marathon back in 2016! Later after a couple of hours rest I went for a short swim (750m) which has helped with the recovery.
