Sacked the TT, current forecast is 53mph winds when I’m off.....

3.5k masters swim session done. My eyeballs were bleeding at the end of it. Now convalescing on the couch.

Once recovered, a couple of hours Zwatt, then rugby marathon....

Nice one. We are house-bound by snow (well, by choice actually, but there is a wee bit of the white on the ground to provide an excuse). Turbo-time soon and then rugby. Hoping to get a result at the new Arms Park before enduring the rout at Twickenham. Apparently our U20s had their arses handed to them last night :(
