I turned up to the pool at 0630 this morning to be told it was closed as someone had vomited in it last night.
Then I went to the gym, and I've just done pilates.
My bike has come back from the menders. There may be commutage tomorrow.

I have gymmed and picked things up and put them down. I gurned and may have grunted. The things were smaller than I'm used to.
I've lost muscle, and look like a puny fucker who'd get put down by a stiff breeze.

Lost weight (good) but think it's a lot of muscle gone (not good) so not the light, sinewy strength needed.
I have time and a plan though.
