Please don't try to stop getting older, POD, the only effective method I'm aware of would severely restrict your ability to keep posting.

Death is not an option, I shall however use smart training to defy the ageing process :¬)

smart, eh? specific, measurable, etc? good show.
Potentially this illness has left me changed, as I'm contemplating joining a gym again. The theory that I'll get on with doing free weights at home seems to have been too optimistic. I might even see what they're personalised training programme service is like.

I believe one of my doubles partners last night was Audrey fforbes-Hamilton from To The Manor Born.
It’s much posher than triathlon, is tennis.

Triathlon is hardly proletarian. Whereas running was, certainly in the West Midlands when I first started out. I suspect parkrun has shifted the class balance though.

TRO Staying indoors for February
God help us all.
Danny Boyle/Richard Curtis movie out in summer apparently where a bloke discovers everyone in the world has forgotten about the TSB.
But instead of getting brutally murdered in the first 5 minutes he finds fame and fortune passing their songs off as his own.
Oh and the crowning turd in the water pipe is that Ed Sheeran has a role in it playing himself.
Suicide pact anyone?
