It's odd. It has a strange aesthetic. Culturally (to me) it feels closer to 'cross than testing.

SPR - like me you enjoy that high end high so yes you would enjoy it

Efforts from a running point of view seem to range from 400 to 5km effort

Morning, i have done a 5k “bubble rush” - with the kids obvs

Afternoon. I’ve have just been for a gentle sea swim. So far this week I’ve been the only person doing front crawl out there, but now the water is full of MSAs. There are also a lot of people wheeling their bikes around the town.
