Ran 16:40.5 tonight to end my track season. 10.4 sec PB and gets me a 5000m national ranking 😀😀😀. Solo from about halfway, the experience in the 10000m a couple of Sundays ago really helped in terms of digging in when the going got tough. Final race of a good track season where I've PBd from 800 to 10000, and I can say I'm satisfied with my times in my primary focus (1500m) and secondary focus (5000m). Just the road relays left now to finish the season off. Ready for some rest as it's been a long season! |
