I have never had a lanyard. I don't think I would thrive in an environment that required me to wear one. I also have no idea what is going on with this bus thing? I don't do busses.*

I took Mrs Nico's half marathon training to another level last night, an introduction to speed training! I made her run a mile at faster than race pace, then run back even faster. Such fun!

*Apart from "On the Busses" obviously

glorious cyclage outside today, including one of the biggest hills in the area* raaarrrr!!!

*Whitchurch Hill if you're interested, I'm not quite ready for the puke worthy Streatley Hill again just yet :-o
