"mountains" is over stating it, but yes, some hefty hills.
Moving time is 5:33 according to garmin which at least looks respectable.

Last night I was on the watt bike watching a great game of football.
Today I am on the watt bike typing this.
Later is the club 10. I need the ride so shall miss some of the England game.
(Or I may sack it off and climb a hill)

Morning hitters, shitters and quitters.
Easy recovery pedal last night; 2.5 hours Zwatted this morning (some cooling rain in Zwiftland, gardens need it etc).
There may be England game later or a swim based on the 'pool will be nice and empty' theory. We will lose I think, when opportunity knocks we never answer....
