Bits of Belgium are quite close, other bits further away... Possibly Belgium is like Aberystwyth and actually exists outside normal space /time, so it's always roughly three and a half hours from your current location. |

EA - I have been signed off by the sports Doc with a 'in the nicest possible way I hope I don't see you again' Footy is currently playing up (I twisted it whilst walking the dig in the woods on saturday and its a bit irritated) but generally its all going in the right direction and this is just an unfortunate blip. It will of course be more prone to flare-ups / niggles like this as the whole area is inflamed anyway. She says theres no reason I can't get back into Tri, but obviously be careful of the niggles, and to take it *very* *very* sensibly as I get back into doing activities again.

hmmm, I was thinking of going for a dip on saturday morning, though have yet to get my wetsuit out and see how much it's shrunk since last year
