MA - 17 glorious moles cycled outside
righty, TRO talk to me about the nike course at IM 70.3 Weymouth.. lumpy? road surfaces etc.
I may not be able to run right now, but I have my mate willing to do the run leg for me as a really I;m sure I can get the swim and bike up to speed by then

Weymouth is lumpy.
Can't remember much about the surface. I think it was ok in the main but a bit gravelly in places.
Would be fun to do the bike and then support on the run with an ice cream if the weather is good

I have swam in a lake. I need a new wetsuit.
I have also parkrunned so I suppose I better get out for a spin on the bike to round things off

I did Weymouth last year and there are a couple of short stretches of quite appalling road surface but otherwise it was pretty good. The bike has a couple of biggish hills but mainly nicely undulating. I loved it, would definitely do it again.
