In regards Rach Her birthday is in early March. Not nice at all. I hope she makes a full recovery.

150 miles run and I have 1 session left.

Biked as much as Jan

Great night at track last night.

We have no snow :-)

Well that was good and bad.

My turbo was interrupted by the most important call of the day, when I restarted my watch the cadence and speed sensors weren't registering so I went for a jog :-)

I reckon almost 10 miles biked and 5 run, that'll do.

Also, in the sun and out of the wind, lovely.

In the wind and no sun, definitely less pleasant.

Have to say looking at Feb, I'm not unhappy :-)

Had a few little jobs to sort in Town. Had two blizzards and a couple of spells of sunshine in about 45 mins. Temp was -4, but the sun felt strong and warming which was quite odd.

LAST DAY OF FEBRUARY :-) :-) :-). Shorts and daffodils out tomorrow :-)
