I'm in mallorca for some warm weather training. It's cold, it's rained every day and not much enough proper training has been done. Couple of 40 mile rides, a jog and a swim.
On the positive, its been magnificently relaxed, the flu thing has gone and I am well up for getting right back on it. Rejigged my training plan and a 12 week base block begins Monday. Until then, fun and whatever training I feel like.
Turbo'd after reassembling bike and sorting other bike.
Funny story. Just bought a used Garmin Edge off a mate, started dicking around with it, added it to my connect account, came on to Fetch to find a load of imported training I've not done
I’ve got 10 weeks (well, 9½ really) until the start of my 16 week plan to Aberfeldy. One of the things I need to do is increase my hours, but otherwise I’m a wee bit aimless. I had thought to do Étape Loch Ness but it transpires we have now family commitments that weekend so it’s a non-starter. I could train for it anyway....?

I have a drawer in my desk with a nice assortment of ties in case I need to visit a client at short notice. Just checked it, but unfortunately I don't have any spare trousers
Alternatively you could make sure each week has four colours in your training log, work on the base and getting stronger helping to prevent injuries for when it ramps up proper
