In case people haven't been following Twitter - looks like Dawny was out the water in a long 1:2x. Holders is tweeting from the hotel account (@tribastardos) now and again.

Afternoon. Must get on Twitter shortly.
First a question for the serious cyclists: I read something yesterday, I think in the Comic, that suggested that the best way to train was to do regular hard efforts of about two hours, rather than linger more relaxed efforts. The question is, does this make sense? It's completely contrary to what I would advise regarding running, but I know sod all about cycling.
