Read it - no, don't have that problem. I do have 'food triggers' but they tend to be mundane things producing mundane responses.
The only thing I love at the timer but tend to regret the next day is cockles - and they are fairly notoriously dodgy anyway I think.

Pepperoni is certainly very harsh/acidic, but I have not had specific problems (pepperoni being my go to Pizza as well...)
Cockles/winkles etc *hurls* remember my grandparents (transplated East enders living in Southend on Sea) would leave them lying around in bowls to nibble at (like nuts at a party). If you were stupid enough to try one....even the smell....foul.

Good effort Fenners.
Gobi, I have similar issues and all I can do is avoid anything bready before running, including the night before. Like you I am fond of pizza so it's a bit annoying.
And you are absolutely right about fruit on pizzas.
