An old but massive scar on my leg seems to be at the root of lots of my imbalance and resulting issues. So he stretched it. Vile. However I then raced a hard 12.5 trail hilly run the following day and had/have NO PAIN in my usual hip/ lower back of doom. I can hardly believe it.

I note that after weeks of drought it's fucking hosing it down, and will continue to do most of the week. This reminds me of one of my all time classic Dorney's where we had that mega Winter/Spring drought. Forest fires were raging in nearby Bracknell Forest, latest developments on which I was listening to on the news as I drove down. It pissed down in the race, and my race last 11 and a half minutes, a 400m swim, T1 and about 0.5 miles up one side of the lake until a race ending puncture.....
