No HR stats for today's ride home, forgot my strap. Doh!

In other news, as the plan is weights tomorrow evening and I therefore need to do any aerobic exercise in the morning, swimming may happen! My pool is less than 5 mins walk away so think it will be less faff than cycling in the morning. We shall see...
