Morning. Intervals last night and really pleased that I was relatively brisk without over exerting. Another 64-lengths today. May run tonight, an easy one hour.

That's a great blog by the way Po'D. I'm struggling to think about how fast those guys are if you're getting dropped like that. Amazing! I can't imagine being good enough to do that kind of race.

Weight wise I've lost nearly a stone since Christmas. My trousers are definitely getting less tight around my waist. Also my wedding ring is getting so I may have to take it off before going swimming as it is starting to get loose on my finger.
Overall I don't think my diet has improved that much but five months of 200+ miles running and all the cross training almost definitely means I'm burning my calories.
