Today I rode a wattbike in the great indoors. Very pleasant it was not.

I have a injured knee and am not running atm. This is also not pleasant.

Later its local club soapless 10 miles of merriment which will involve riding a bicycle in the great outdoors. This will also not be pleasant, completing a fine hatrick of unpleasantness.

I have club swummaged. Working from home as the window men are here. Replacing windows. So ride in the great outdoors later.

Morning all - I have been cycling a lot in the Mallorcan sunshine, I have some small patches of sunburn, and I think I left my legs on Sa Calobra yesterday :-)

A marvellous thing, but too busy mind.

(much as I enjoyed Mallorca after a few days I just wanted to cycle...without 100's of other cyclists)
