I sat in the car, delaying my warm up as the rain smashed onto the windscreen while my phone told me there was no rain. If they can't get it right now, I'm certainly not trusting a forecast 12 hours ahead.....

I hate rain. Was warm though, to be fair....

If you want them to improve the quality of their forecasts you're going to have to provide them with detailed predictions of your whereabouts.
