I've never Headspaced so I don't know how 'ommy' it is, to use the marvellous term someone on here or the yoga thread introduced me to recently.

Not at all. Very Zen focus on the breath, mostly, with twists depending on the pack. The sports ones are good.

You can use your breath as a drishti point, I think. Not much help in a balancing posture mind
