When I do GRIT strength then cardio together, I have to sit in the Jacuzzi to recover (I don't log Jacuzzis ;) )

MrsP loves plates. I tried it and hated it but loving the yoga. Les Mills does some bastard hybrid called Body Balance. GF around to comment?

I try and do Pump once a week for the low-weight-high-reps bit plus high-weights-low-reps one other day.

Yeah body balance is ok. Mix of yoga and pilates set to tracks in same style as pump. Bit too wishy washy ommmmmy for me though. I prefer it to both pilates and yoga on their own tho.

GF rides more than me and runs as much as me

I'm shit at body balance maybe that's why I don't really like it.

I don't run as much as you though! 25mpw is a max really at any point. I realise that's marathon training on this site though ;) I don't feel I can really even race 10k off it! But I definitely can't handle any more mileage than that.

I think I could prob have a go at 10k yep. I will see next weekend whether I can get myself round a half. Won't be at any pace though- I'm basically going because I got a free place and there is a pub lunch involved ;) I haven't run that far in errr, years
