Nice little brick last night, 1hr Z2 on the watter, then 45 mins on the treadie with 5*5mins 5-7% gradient holding 8mm.
This morning first of the 'time to start ramping up' swims. Longer and harder than I've done for a while, mixed tempo longer blocks with 3*100 @CSS slotted between them. Felt it late, fell off the pace, 3.3k done.
A weekend of watting, running and rugby awaits

CC, it works better if you make an effort to push off strongly at the start of each length. It will still record a length if you collide with somebody though. Or so I'm told...
