Interesting training I guess

100m or 200m will be pure speed tests. Not essential though so may not happen. I do hill sprints weekly and have started adding flat sprints as well. If I can find the right spot spot to do one, I'd like to do a 400m as it's the one flat track distance I've never done.
1500m with some 3000m, 5000m and 800m will be the main focus with potentially the 800m being more early season although I might be needed for track league.
10000m will be one race in August if I've kept mileage up and therefore still have the endurance background to run fairly well.
End of the day all from 800m up need an aerobic base (and even the sprints can benefit from an aerobic base) but they all need base speed as well with it being more critical at the shorter distances.

10000m track? Only done it once but was fine and that was a race when I was on my own from the gun. Get on pace and then continue round like a metronome. Guess it could be horrible if it goes wrong but do could any race.
