Hopefully someone will be able to help, MudMeanderer. There's an ASBO that says I'm not allowed to wear a skinsuit.

Bicycled. Ten miles on stop/start roads, albeit using auto pause on the Garmin, faster than Dorney. Quite pleased.

In a nod to this multi-storey past time of ours I'm planning to run and bike tomorrow :-)

8.20 for me in Leeds :-o Maybe it's not by time just a huge washing machine style free for all!
