Good stuff. I like "they'll be scared of you, which is always useful".
I wander into the kitchen here first thing of a morning in my bike kit and most other people are wearing stab vests. I do suspect, though, that this isn't *entirely* because they are scared of me.

I think you can buy BodyGlide in Boots nowadays, as opposed to "Effeminate Missionary" or whatever the other product is called.

Can you really buy it in Boots.. I have to say, It's been a very long time since I've been in one of their shops. Tesco should start selling it... that really WOULD be useful. what I can't fling in a trolley or buy online, don't normally get bought.

Whilst training for a spring marathon (and when arm is fully functional) I have scheduled in 3km of swimming per week and 40ish miles on the bicycle.
