I'm just rendering (11 hours in!) a virtual interval session, which I plan to publish this week. It's 10 x 1 minute hard with 1 minute easy between. I've not added any music to this one, so it's just the sounds of nature and me talking.
I'm thinking of creating an alternative version with music, what do you all think?
I try to run as 'quietly' as I can! I've often thought about creating two versions of each run, with and without music, but that would be a lot of work and from previous posts in this thread, it seems like most people prefer no music.
I recently published a new type of virtual run, a virtual interval session (10 x 1 minute on/off along the cycle track). I've created two versions of this one, with and without music.
It's nice with the two options actually. Music choice is such an individual thing. I've previosly commented about thinking 'no music' is best, but for a session I need anything to take my mind off the pain!
I published a new run a few days ago, I had planned to run longer but my calf injury made me cut it short. I ended up limping the last part of the run!
