It's 10 x 1 minute hard with 1 minute easy between. I've not added any music to this one, so it's just the sounds of nature and me talking. I'm thinking of creating an alternative version with music, what do you all think?

I've often thought about creating two versions of each run, with and without music, but that would be a lot of work and from previous posts in this thread, it seems like most people prefer no music.

Blister Apr 2021 4:48pm, 6 Apr 2021 7,302 posts	Quote Pin Blister That's what I was thinking with the virtual session, it's more 'aggressive so you need to be a bit more pumped up. With a steady, people might just want a gentle stroll in the countryside, so fast-paced music might be annoying.
