JB - Robert Millar was giving loads of email comments on the stage to Andora
I don't think ES have enough money to be able to get Millar to come out in public - they should just let him comentate via skype or something

Cav is really happy with that win - says it is his best one ever.

Great win for Cav, but you've got to love LA getting the right side of the break and taking 4 seconds out of all the other GC contenders....experience counts!

That's about all from me.
I'm off on holiday now - I don't think I'll be taking my PC.
I'm just going to have to cope with hgihlights for tomorrow and Sunday.
I hope I can get to see extended highlights when I get back from holiday of the race up the Ventoux

Watts is a measure of how much power the rider is generating at the pedals.....bit like horsepower in a car

peachy - when you're cycling your cadence can be high, HR high too, but if you're not pushing power through the pedals it may be all in vain. That power is measured in watts, obv.

The watage is not HR its their power output. There are sensors in the hubs and people can get hold of their telemetry
